Building Information Modeling is the process of organizing information about a project into a database structure, providing a superior way of modeling buildings, coordinating construction, and producing design documents.

Autodesk’s Building Design Suite Ultimate – including Revit, Navisworks, Quantity Takeoff, and all other Autodesk AEC industry tools – forms the basis of Stack’s design and coordination platform. Our BIM process enables us to model all aspects of the building – including 3D geometry and cost – so that we can wield real-time integrated building data for purposes such as material take-offs, virtual scheduling, energy modeling, clash detection, and pre-visualization.

The BIM process creates a platform for owners, designers, builders and trade contractors to come together to coordinate the project virtually on the front end and avoid costly surprises during onsite construction.
