Construction Management: Stack + Co. provides construction management services in concert with top architecture and design firms, and our clients include some of the most successful operators in the hospitality, food and beverage, academic and commercial spaces. Principal Joshua Brandt has developed a recognized expertise in delivering high-quality, complex projects resulting in Stack + Co.’s robust referral driven client base.

Integrated Services: We perform architecture and construction as an integrated service. We bring projects to market quickly, minimize risk for our clients, and provide an exceptional level of coordination using our hybrid approach. This delivery method also facilitates successful execution of many of the unique, challenging, first-of-kind projects that we undertake.
