OWNER

Josh Brandt is the Owner and founder of Stack + Co. He is a leader first—of internal teams, external partners, and the complex project environments that determine whether projects succeed or fail. Josh has a highly attuned sense of both people and process, and a reputation for setting complicated project constellations on clear, disciplined trajectories that enable success.

He is equally comfortable aligning teams as he is digging into the technical details, with particular depth in preconstruction, scope development, and job setup— where risk is either resolved or embedded. Straightforward, honest, and direct, Josh focuses on fundamentals and accountability.
