Stack + Co’s first development project consisted of turnkey services for the creation of 4 condominium units in Jamaica Plain including acquisition, entitlement, design, and construction. Each of the 4 units boasted a unique but carefully curated floor plan, optimized as “single family alternatives” with dedicated unit entries and private outdoor space. The project set a new price per sf record in Jamaica Plain.
