Appleton @ Davis is a new ground-up luxury condominium building which features open floor plans, high ceilings, oversized windows, and private decks and patios. Each of the building’s three units are equipped with app-controlled locks, programmable thermostats, and video security. Stack + Co. worked closely with Boston Investments and Peter Quinn Architects to deliver the project on an accelerated schedule of 10 months to meet the project’s market and financing needs.
