A modern take on a five story townhouse located in Boston’s South End, this 4,000 square foot full renovation provided opportunities for large apertures on the south façade. Light-filled interior spaces extend from the the outdoor deck and patio. A roof deck provides stunning views of the city while maintaining a degree of privacy. The exterior car port with skylights and an open design adds a modern and convenient feature rarely seen in the South End.
