A new showpiece taproom installed over Dorchester Brewing Company’s existing production facility, loving called the “Hopservatory” by the DBC staff. The project consists of a new 2,500 sf greenhouse with a 1,500 sf roof deck on top of a new steel podium. On the ground level, Stack constructed a new kitchen for Dorchester favorite, M&M Barbecue, as well as 4,000 sf of game room to expand DBC’s offerings
