Having outgrown their 10,000 BBL facility in Charlestown faster than expected, Downeast engaged Stack + Co. to renovate a 19k square foot former industrial building in East Boston’s Shipyard into their new production facility. In their new space, Downeast currently produces 30,000 BBL annually with the capability to expand to over 100,000 BBL in the future. The project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule.
