Located in Providence Urban Coastal Greenway this mixed-use development on the waterfront will be the latest addition to the Innovation District.
Comprised of ten family-sized residential units and 4,000sf of Commercial space, the project includes a multi-level, open public area which replaces the existing parkland on a more than 1:1 basis creating “high-line” for multipurpose outdoor use.
Stack+Co in collaboration with Brass Rat Inc. was awarded the designation to develop and design this project as the latest addition to the I-195 Redevelopment District.
