Full gut renovation and structural retro-fit of a 5,500 SF townhouse in the South End, creating 3 modern two-level apartments. All interior floor systems were removed and re-inserted into the structure. The project represents a contemporary approach to this building typology, including modern stair and handrail systems and transparent glazed floor elements.
